{"id":1087,"date":"2023-06-07T20:39:49","date_gmt":"2023-06-07T13:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/papinkapost.id\/?p=1087"},"modified":"2023-06-07T20:39:49","modified_gmt":"2023-06-07T13:39:49","slug":"guna-cegah-aksi-bunuh-diri-ssdm-polri-gelar-fgd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/papinkapost.id\/?p=1087","title":{"rendered":"Guna Cegah Aksi Bunuh Diri, SSDM Polri Gelar FGD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Jakarta, Papinkapost<\/strong>&#8211; Biro Psikologi SSDM Polri menggelar <em>forum group discussion<\/em> (FGD) dengan tema &#8216;Membangun Kesejahteraan Mental PNPP Guna Mencegah Perilaku Bunuh Diri&#8217;, Rabu (7\/6\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>As SDM Kapolri Irjen Dedi Prasetyo mengatakan, kegiatan FGD ini merupakan representasi rasa empati, peduli dan solutif pimpinan kepada seluruh Pegawai Negeri Pada Polri (PNPP).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Mereka semua adalah human capital atau sumber daya yang sangat berharga bagi Polri, yang perlu untuk selalu dirawat kesehatan mentalnya, agar betul-betul dapat melaksanakan tugas secara profesional dan paripurna,&#8221; kata Dedi dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Rabu (7\/6\/2023).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dalam diskusi yang digelar di Hotel The Tribata Dharmawangsa ini hadir beberapa narasumber yakni dari pakar Psikologi, Kompolnas hingga satuan kerja di Polri.<\/p>\n<p>Mantan Kadiv Humas Polri ini menuturkan, kompleksitas perubahan lingkungan strategis sangat luar biasa, mulai dari pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi Covid-19, pengamanan tahapan pemilu 2024, penanggulangan kejahatan konvensional seperti pembunuhan dan penganiayaan yang makin meningkat, serta maraknya kejahatan digital.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, Biro psikologi SSDM Polri sebagai pengemban fungsi perawatan dan pembinaan psikologi. Sampai dengan bulan ini, mencatat ada 15 orang personel Polri yang melakukan bunuh diri dan percobaan bunuh diri.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Persoalan membangun kesejahteraan mental dan fenomena meningkatnya bunuh diri PNPP perlu kita kaji secara komprehensif.
