{"id":1835,"date":"2023-09-07T15:21:42","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T08:21:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/papinkapost.id\/?p=1835"},"modified":"2023-09-07T15:21:42","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T08:21:42","slug":"soal-pengembangan-kompetensi-pemkot-pangkalpinang-terima-penghargaan-bkn-award-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/papinkapost.id\/?p=1835","title":{"rendered":"Soal Pengembangan Kompetensi, Pemkot Pangkalpinang Terima Penghargaan BKN Award 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/PAPINKAPOST.ID\">PAPINKAPOST.ID<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PANGKALPINANG<\/strong> &#8211; Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang kini mendapatkan penghargaan BKN Award tahun 2023, kategori Pengembangan Kompetensi.<\/p>\n<p>Penghargaan tersebut diserahkan oleh Kepala Kantor Regional VII BKN Margi Prayitno kepada Sekda Kota Pangkalpinang Mie Go, Kamis (07\/09\/23) siang, di ruang SRC kantor Walikota Pangkalpinang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya sudah menyerahkan penghargaan BKN Award 2023 kepada Pemkot Pangkalpinang untuk kategori pengembangan kompetensi, disini pengembangan kompetensi dianggap layak sehingga mendapat penghargaan BKN Pusat,&#8221; ucap Margi Prayitno.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakannya, pengembangan kompetensi untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) tidak hanya didalam kelas tapi juga bisa dilakukan diluar kelas<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Workshop, seminar, lokakarya, diskusi panel dan sebagainya itu termasuk dalam pengembangan kompetensi,&#8221; ujar Margi.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu Kepala BKPSDMD Kota Pangkalpinang Fahrizal mengatakan pengumuman pemenang penghargaan ini dilaksanakan pada Rakornas Kepegawaian bulai Mei lalu di Bandung dan harinini adalah penyerahan penghargaannya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Alhamdulillah untuk tahun 2023 ini Pemkot Pangkalpinang mendapat penghargaan kategori pengembangan kompetensi kota sedang, hal ini merupakan apresiasi juga dari BKN atas kinerja kita dan tentunya dukungan dari Pak Walikota dalam rangka pengembangan potensi SDM di Kota Pangkalpinang,&#8221; sebut Fahrizal<\/p>\n<p>Selain Pemkot Pangkalpinang, penghargaan untuk kategori ini juga diraih oleh Pemkot Bontang, Banjarbaru, Pontianak dan Pemkot Madiun.
