PANGKALPINANG<\/strong> – Aparatur Sipil Negera (ASN)<\/a> diwajibkan untuk bersikap netral<\/a> dalam kontestasi Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) Februari 2024 mendatang<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Namun sangat disayangkan, salah satu oknum Camat di Kota Pangkalpinang diduga mengarahkan warga untuk memilih salah satu Calon Legislatif (Caleg) Provinsi Bangka Belitung (Babel).<\/p>\n

“Pak Camat mengirimkan video ke saya, yang isinya itu mengarahkan untuk memilih salah satu Caleg,” ungkap sumber tertutup, Selasa (30\/1\/2024) sore.<\/p>\n

“Saya gak tau pasti tentang larangan ASN untuk ikut dalam Pemilu, setau saya kan itu tidak boleh. Ini malah langsung mengirimkan video tersebut tanggal 25 kemarin,” tambahnya, sembari menunjukan video yang dimaksud.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, oknum Camat yang disebut-sebut tak netral, saat dikonfirmasi melalui pesan WhatsApp belum memberikan tanggapan.<\/p>\n

Untuk Diketahui, peraturan tentang netralitas ASN dalam Pemilu yang secara terperinci tercantum dalam SKB Netralitas ASN.<\/p>\n

perbuatan ASN yang membuat posting, comment, share, like, bergabung\/follow\u00a0dalam\u00a0group\/akun pemenangan calon presiden\/wakil presiden\/DPR\/DPD\/DPRD\/gubernur\/wakil gubernur\/bupati\/wakil bupati\/wali kota\/wakil Walikota,\u00a0termasuk\u00a0pelanggaran disiplin\u00a0atas Pasal 9 ayat (2) UU ASN dan\u00a0Pasal 5 huruf n angka 5\u00a0PP 94\/2021.
\nBagi ASN yang melanggar ketentuan larangan, hukuman disiplin berat dijatuhkan yakni:<\/p>\n

1. Penurunan jabatan setingkat lebih rendah selama 12 bulan.<\/p>\n

2. Pembebasan dari jabatannya menjadi jabatan pelaksana selama 12 bulan.<\/p>\n
