BANGKABELITUNG<\/strong> – Laporan Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Provinsi Babel<\/a>, melalui kuasa hukum Jhohan Adhi Ferdian, terhadap Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU)<\/a> Kota Pangkalpinang memasuki babak baru.<\/p>\n

Pasalnya, laporan itu kini telah diterima oleh Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) RI<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan Jhohan selaku Managing Partners, Kantor JA Ferdian & Partnership Attorneys, laporan mereka diterima DKPP RI melalui tanda terima Nomor 073\/01-7\/SET-02\/III\/2024.<\/p>\n

Berkas maupun bukti-bukti dinyatakan lengkap dan tinggal menunggu proses, ke tahapan selanjutnya.<\/p>\n

“Hari ini, pihak DPD Gerindra melalui saya, telah melaporkan Ketua dan angota KPU Kota Pangkalpinang sekaligus Ketua KPU Provinsi Babel ke DKPP RI di Jakarta,” kata Jhohan Adhi Ferdian, melalui pesan rillis persnya, Kamis (7\/3\/2024).<\/p>\n

Dijelaskan Jhohan, KPU Pangkalpinang dan KPU Provinsi Babel seolah menyalahgunakan kekuasaan. Karena, surat keputusan pemungutan suara ulang (PSU) di TPS 17 Temberan dan TPS 14 Sinar Bulan, bukan rekomendasi Panitia Pelaksana Kecamatan (PPK) Bukit Intan.<\/p>\n

“Laporan kami atas tindakan KPU Kota Pangkalpinang ke DKPP ini, karena mengeluarkan Surat Keputusan\u00a0PSU\u00a0nomor 174. Padahal, PPK Bukit Intan tidak mengeluarkan rekomendasi PSU, serta dugaan abuse of power yang dilakukan oleh ketua KPU Provinsi Babel,” jelas Jhohan.<\/p>\n

“Kami menilai ada dugaan indikasi mengintervensi para petugas PPK yang sedang melakukan pleno pada saat itu. Nanti kita buka buktinya saat sidang etik DKPP RI,” tutupnya.<\/p>\n

Terpisah, Ketua KPU Pangkalpinang, Sobarian saat dikonfirmasi belum memberikan tanggapan.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, ketua KPU Provinsi Babel, Husin saat dikonfirmasi papinkapost.id, hanya menjawab sedang rapat.<\/p>\n
