WaliKota Pangkalpinang Hadiri Penyerahan Sertifikat Program PTSL (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap) di beberapa Kecamatan Kota Pangkalpinang, Senin, (9\/01\/2023).<\/p>\n

Adapun penyerahan Sertifikat Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun 2022 dan Sosialisasi Sertifikasi Hak Atas Tanah (SHAT).<\/p>\n

Program Sertifikat PTSL 2022 memcapai 3150. Walikota Pangkalpinang, Maulan Aklil dan di dampingi Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Pangkalpinang, Adi Wibowo, Kasi Pendaftaran dan penetapan BPN, Camat Gerunggang, Lurah se-Kecamatan Gerunggang. Penyerahan Sertifikat diberikan oleh Walikota Pangkalpinang maulan Aklil sebanyak 715 dan dilanjutkan dengan Sosialisasi Sertifikasi Hak Atas Tanah (SHAT) .<\/p>\n

Masyarakat diharapkan memanfaatkan program ini karena mudah dan gratis kecuali BPHTB.<\/p>\n

‘Ini kan gratis, dengan ada nya program ini saya berterimakasih kepada BPN yang telah membantu program ini untuk masyarakat,’ Ujar Walikota Pangkalpinang<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lanjut dikatakan Walikota Pangkalpinang akrab di sapa Molen meminta masyarakat yang memiliki tanah dan belum mempunyai sertifikat diimbau segera membuat sertifikat.<\/p>\n

‘Kalau bisa masyarakat yang belum memiliki sertifikat lahan atau tanah silahkan daftarkan, karena ini gratis,’ Hibau nya<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nKepala BPN Kota Pangkalpinang, Adi Wibowo mengatakan tahun lalu target PTSL sebanyak 3150 sertifikat yang tercapai. Trmasuk di dalamnya sertifikat aset Pemkot Pangkalpinang sebanyak 311 sertifikat.<\/p>\n

‘Ini semua bentuk kolaborasi pemkot dan BPN dalam mensertifikatkan tanah pemkot dan masyarakat,’ UjarAdi Wibowo. Dan dengan ini keuntungan sudah memiliki sertifikat dapat mencegah dan mengurangi sengketa tanah.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
