PANGKALPINANG<\/strong> – Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI<\/a>) Provinsi Babel, melaksanakan kegiatan penanaman bibit pohon kayu putih, Selasa (23\/7\/24) pagi, di halaman kantor sekretariat PWI Babel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mengusung tema “Semangat Menanam Pohon Untuk Masyarakat Provinsi Bangka Belitung”, Sekretaris PWI Babel, Fakhruddin Halim berharap kegiatan itu bisa menjadi motivasi untuk masyarakat Babel, agar ikut melestarikan alam di Bumi Serumpun Sebalai.<\/p>\n

“Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan ini, kita berharap bisa memotivasi masyarakat Babel secara luas untuk melakukan penanaman pohon. Karena pohon bukti kehidupan kita semua dimasa yang akan datang,” ujar Fakhruddin, usai melaksanakan giat penanaman bibit pohon.<\/p>\n

Dikesempatan yang sama, Ketua Seksi Wartawan Olahraga (SiWO) PWI Babel, Rudi Syahwani mengatakan jika kegiatan itu tak luput dari dukungan orang nomor satu di provinsi Babel saat ini, yakni Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Safrizal Zakaria Ali.<\/p>\n

“Kita dapat pesan langsung dari Pj Safrizal, ini program beliau dan ini adalah bentuk kepedulian beliau terhadap lingkungan Bangka Belitung. Yang saat ini kondisi Bangka Belitung sedang tidak baik-baik saja,” kata Rudi Syahwani.<\/p>\n

“Satu pohon itu sejuta harapan, juga simbol dari kehidupan di Bangka Belitung ini sebagai wilayah pertambangan. Segala upaya penghijauan perlu kita lakukan dan PWI siap untuk ikut berpartisipasi,” tutup Rudi.<\/p>\n

Untuk diketahui, tanggal 28 Desember 2023 lalu PWI Babel juga sempat menanam 500 bibit pohon kayu putih, di wilayah DAM 1 Pemali, Sungailiat, Kabupaten Bangka.<\/p>\n

Karena, lokasi tersebut dijadikan tempat aktivitas tambang ilegal yang membuat air di DAM 1 Pemali keruh dan menuai protes dari warga karena air yang berwarna cokelat.\u00a0 (Eka)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
