PANGKALPINANG<\/strong> – Kelima tersangka pencurian dengan pemberatan yang mencapai angka sebesar satu miliar rupiah, di salah satu rumah di Kecamatan Pangkal Balam berhasil diamankan Polresta Pangkalpinang.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan Kapolresta Pangkalpinang, Kombes Pol Gatot Yulianto, aksi para tersangka bermula ketika Selasa (16\/7\/24) lalu, tersangka RJ alias Toloy mengajak dua temannya yakni AA dan RB untuk mencuri di rumah tetangganya, yang diketahui sedang kosong.<\/p>\n

Lalu, tersangka Toloy memerintahkan kedua temannya itu untuk berjaga diluar rumah korban. Yang mana, tersangka Toloy masuk kerumah korban melalui jendela samping yang dicongkel menggunakan parang.<\/p>\n

“Setelah masuk, tersangka Toloy mengambil beberapa perhiasan berupa emas dan uang tunai yang berada dilemari kamar milik korban,” kata Kombes Pol Gatot, saat Konferensi Pers di Markas Kepolisian (Mako) Polresta Pangkalpinang, Rabu (7\/8\/24) siang.<\/p>\n

“Tersangka Toloy lalu membagi-bagikan hasil curian tersebut di sebuah hotel. Secara keseluruhan, uang tunai yang dicuri sebanyak 45 juta rupiah, dengan pembagian 20 juta rupiah untuk Ayi dan Toloy sementara RB hanya menerima 4 juta rupiah,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Tak hanya itu, tersangka Toloy lalu mengajak saudari kandungnya yang berinisial TR, untuk menjual seluruh perhiasan hasil pencurian tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Usai perhiasan dijual, TR lalu menerima uang sebanyak 18 juta rupiah, yang digunakan untuk kehidupan sehari-hari dan membeli emas.<\/p>\n

“Kemudian untuk tersangka AD adalah orang yang membeli seluruh perhiasan emas itu seharga 44 juta rupiah,” paparnya.<\/p>\n

Dilanjutkan Gatot, para tersangka itu dikenakan pasal 363 ayat dua KUHP tentang curat dengan ancaman 9 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n

“Kemudian sebagai penadah kita kenakan pasal 480 dengan ancaman 4 tahun penjara,” tutupnya.<\/p>\n

Untuk diketahui, inilah beberapa barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan Tim Buser Naga Polresta Pangkalpinang.<\/p>\n

– 45 Buah perhiasan, berupa emas putih dan logam mulia.<\/p>\n

– 5 buah handphone<\/p>\n

– 3 buah dompet dan 1 unit motor Honda.<\/p>\n

– 1 buah kulkas merek Aqua<\/p>\n

– 1 buah Magicom merek Miyako.<\/p>\n

– 1 buah sendok dalam keadaan patah.<\/p>\n

– 1 buah jam tangan merek Lorenzo.<\/p>\n

– 1 unit timbangan emas.<\/p>\n
