PANGKALPINANG<\/strong> – Penjabat Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Kota Pangkalpinang, Yuniar Putia Rahma Budi Utama, mengajak masyarakat budayakan makan ikan.<\/p>\n

Mengonsumsi ikan dapat dimulai di keluarga. Yuniar menyebut, keluarga merupakan bagian terkecil dari masyarakat yang menjadi tumpuan utama dalam penyediaan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan kompetitif.<\/p>\n

\u201cUntuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berdaya saing, serta berkarakter, maka pembangunan, pembinaan fisik dan mental haruslah dimulai dari keluarga, \u201d ujar Yuniar saat menghadiri lomba masak serta ikan Tingkat Kota Pangkalpinang yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, di MG Hotel Puncak, Kamis (8\/8\/2024).<\/p>\n

\u201cAgar generasi penerus bangsa dapat diandalkan di masa yang akan datang, maka bukan saja generasi dan sehat saja yang diperlukan tetapi juga mempunyai mental dan perilaku atau akhlak yang baik,\u201d lanjutnya.<\/p>\n

Yuniar menyebut, ikan mengandung sumber protein dan berbagai zat yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan serta dapat mencegah stunting. Dia berharap melalui Gerakan Memasyarakatkan Makan Ikan ( GEMARIKAN ) diharapkan tumbuh kesadaran baik individu maupun kolektif masyarakat untuk gemar mengkonsumsi ikan yang aman dan sehat.<\/p>\n

Lomba masak ikan tingkat Kota Pangkalpinang tahun 2024 dimenangkan oleh Kecamatan Bukit Intan sebagai juara I, Kecamatan Gabek menjadi juara II dan juara III diraih Kecamatan Rangkui. (**)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
