Kebijakan ini dijalankan atas dorongan langsung dari Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, sebagai langkah konkret meringankan beban pembiayaan para pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi maupun kabupaten\/kota.<\/p>\n<p>Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menekankan pentingnya dukungan terhadap ASN sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan publik. Menurut beliau, fasilitas bunga rendah ini merupakan bentuk apresiasi sekaligus upaya pemerintah untuk membantu ASN mengatur keuangan keluarga secara lebih sehat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita ingin ASN tidak terbebani pinjaman berbunga tinggi. Dengan bunga flat 5,1%, pegawai bisa lebih tenang, fokus bekerja, dan tetap produktif dalam melayani masyarakat,\u201d ujar Gubernur.<\/p>\n<p>Pimpinan Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pangkalpinang, Irwan Kurniawan pada jumat, (23\/05\/2025) menyampaikan bahwa kebijakan ini berlaku untuk seluruh ASN yang mengajukan pinjaman konsumtif, seperti pinjaman multiguna dan pembiayaan kebutuhan pribadi lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami di cabang Pangkalpinang menyambut baik arahan Pak Gubernur. Penurunan bunga ini adalah bentuk komitmen kami mendukung kesejahteraan ASN di Bangka Belitung. Kami siap melayani dengan cepat dan transparan,\u201d ujar Irwan Kurniawan.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan bunga flat sebesar 5,1%, ASN kini memiliki alternatif pembiayaan yang jauh lebih ringan dan kompetitif. Pemerintah Provinsi berharap kebijakan ini mendorong stabilitas ekonomi rumah tangga ASN sekaligus meningkatkan semangat kerja dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.
