Tujuannya jelas agar sorotan wartawan beralih dari legalitas izin PT VIP ke kasus pidana biasa,\u201d tegasnya, Senin (11\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini kini berada di meja Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur. Penyidikan tidak hanya menyasar pelaku pengeroyokan, tetapi juga proses terbitnya Surat Keterangan Tanah (SKT) yang menjadi dasar proyek penangkaran udang vaname PT VIP.<\/p>\n<p>Dugaan kuat, SKT tersebut lahir dari instruksi pihak tertentu kepada pemerintah Desa Mengkubang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kepala desa justru korban. Ia hanya menjalankan perintah dari atasannya,\u201d ungkap H.<\/p>\n<p>H mendesak Kejari Beltim mengurai benang kusut kasus ini secara menyeluruh mulai dari SKT, perizinan usaha, hingga siapa dalang di balik pengeroyokan wartawan. Ia juga menaruh simpati pada keluarga pelaku yang sebagian disebut tidak mengetahui motif sebenarnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ada yang hanya ikut-ikutan, tanpa tahu mereka sedang dijadikan pion dalam permainan besar,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga berita ini ditayangkan, pihak terkait dalam upaya konfirmasi.
