\u200ePANGKALPINANG<\/strong> – Usai 5 jam diperiksa penyidik Kepolisian Daerah Bangka Belitung (Polda Babel) terkait dugaan penggelapan tagihan hotel, Wakil Gubernur Babel, Hellyana melalui kuasa hukumnya, Dr. Walim melontarkan statement kontroversi.<\/p>\n

\u200eWalim menyebut, uang senilai Rp 20 juta yang dilaporkan bukan jumlah yang besar bahkan surplus.<\/p>\n

\u200e”Jumlah yang dilaporkan itu tidak seberapa cuma sekitar Rp 20 juta. Bahkan kita ini surplus, masa Rp 20 juta itu gak mampu bayar,\u201d ujar Walim di Gedung Dit Reskrimum Polda Babel, kepada wartawan, Kamis petang (4\/9\/25).<\/p>\n

\u200e\u201dNanti kita perlu berkoordinasi dan menimbang terlebih dahulu,\u201d timpalnya.<\/p>\n

\u200eWalim juga menjelaskan apabila Wagub Hellyana tidak terbukti bersalah, maka akan ada konsekuensi yang diterima pihak pelapor sebagai upaya pencemaran nama baik.<\/p>\n

\u200e\u201dUntuk diketahui juga bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara hukum, maka dari itu jika nanti laporan ini tidak terbukti maka ada konsekuensi hukumnya,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n

\u200e\u201dJadi semua warga negara termasuk Ibu Hellyana memiliki hak yang sama dimata hukum. Termasuk dapat melapor balik dengan dugaan pencemaran nama baik, \u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Wagub Hellyana juga menyampaikan akan memberikan pelajaran kepada pelapor apabila dinyatakan tidak bersalah.<\/p>\n

\u200e\u201dTerkait tindak lanjut jika tidak terbukti, saya pikir saya juga harus memberikan pelajaran. Untuk mediasi sendiri sampai saat ini tidak ada,\u201d pungkas Hellyana.<\/p>\n

\u200eDiberitakan media ini sebelumnya, pihak pelapor yang merupakan mantan manager hotel di Pangkalpinang, Adelia mengaku tak hanya rugi senilai Rp 20 juta. Tetapi, ia justru harus di pecat akibat menanggung kerugian tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u200e\u201cKlien kami juga sudah mencoba menyelesaikan masalahnya secara kekeluargaan, bahkan sampai ada kata memohon, karena akibat ini klien kami terpaksa kehilangan pekerjaannya.
