PANGKALPINANG, Papinkapost.id<\/a> <\/strong>– Pemerintah kota (Pemkot) Pangkalpinang meraih penghargaan BKN Award tahun 2023, dan diumumkan sebagai kota dengan inflasi terendah se-Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Dari informasi yang disampaikan oleh Fahrizal selaku kepala kepegawaian dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia daerah (BKPSDMD), Pemkot Pangkalpinang kembali mendapat penghargaan nasional dengan kategori yang berbeda, Rakornas kepegawaian dilaksanakan di Bandung Jawa Barat, Selasa (30\/5\/23).<\/p>\n

“Alhamdulillah, kita tahun ini mendapatkan BKN Award Tahun 2023 salah satu Kategori Pengembangan Kompetensi, tahun 2021 dan 2022 mendapatkan BKN Award juga, dengan kategori yang berbeda,” ujar Fahrizal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Dia juga berharap agar kedepannya kantor regional BKN menerapkan implementasi kepegawaian yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n
